Cancellation Policy
I appreciate your business and understand that occasionally there may be a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- For any cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, there will be no charge.
- For cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost will be charged.
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to fill the time slot with another client in need of services.
